I have a great experience. I needed a tooth extraction. The staff very friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. The Dentist that did my extraction was gentle and caring and very thorough. I had some laughing gas but even with that you can sometimes feel the dentist work… this dentist was so gentle I hardly felt the needles and I was completely frozen so I felt nothing….
No pain. The dental assistant was fun and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The front staff took care of payment efficiently. The costs very fair, they are not to gouge you.
One of the ladies faxed my script in advance so I didnt have to wait at pharmacy. All in all my experience was amazing. No need to feel afraid of the dentist at this place.

Orillia smile center is absolutely amazing. The staff are all incredible friendly. No one likes going to the dentist and in the past I have had numerous bad experiences. The staff and dentist at Orillia Smile center have always made me feel relaxed and have taken care of me. For example: I barely slept last night from tooth pain. I went to work and realized something is not right. I called hoping to get an appointment this week, or go sit in emerge for a few hours. The staff were very understanding and were able to squeeze me into their schedule today. Thank you to the dentists and the staff. They are all incredible and so friendly.

Such a lovely and talented staff. I have always left here with a smile. They take great care of their patients, even with sudden changes in health, they do everything they can to get you in right away and make a treatment plan so you can be back to smiling again ASAP. Would definitely recommend!

The people at the Orillia Smile Center have made me smile again! I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work and they have made it possible for me to attend to and look after my teeth without running away! They make the experience tolerable and I always feel so much better after a visit.
