I love my experience from being to the end of appointment. They make you feel like family. Everyone that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. Staff are on top of things needed by you. Dentist is excellent, bright and cheerful. I could go on but I think you need to experience the service yourself.

I am very happy I did my research and found Orillia Smile Center. Dr. Shannon is a caring, talented dentist. She makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions. The dental assistants are kind and keep everything running smoothly during an appointment. My family sees the hygienist, Jody. She is wonderful with my 3 children and makes them feel at ease. She is professional and keeps our teeth clean and healthy. The kids get a treasure box treat after their appointments. The Ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable, organized and respond to messages promptly. They always greet you with a smile and friendly personality. The office is clean and staff hand hygiene is excellent!
