I found the staff at Orillia Smile Center to be very welcoming and accommodating. I was able to get work done at this facility that I previously had been told I had to go to Barrie to have done. Their offices are very clean and welcoming and I would recommend this dentist office to others. Edit; They actually would only help with emergency procedures and wouldn't do any routine cleanings or checkups as apparently I was not a regular patient of theirs. I found this disappointing after I thought I finally found a dentist to take me on as a patient.

I had nothing but “top drawer “ treatment and respect at my first ever experience at the Orillia Smile Centre. I had a very painful wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted and they got me in right away to do the prep work and removal. I was asked frequently throughout the procedure if I had any pain, needed extra freezing or a break but the dentist and assistant had done everything possible to make any fears of the unknown go away. The office is bright, clean and inviting but above all, a pleasant place to be, because they genuinely care about each client and making their experience the best it can be. I am not only a new client but a fan!
