Had my first appointment today and everyone was so nice! I didn’t feel shamed or judged about my less than ideal brushing habits and the whole team just seemed like they wanted to help me get back on track. You do have to pay $5 for parking but I didn’t think that was a huge deal.

Today was my first time at the Orillia Smile Centre. I had to get one wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Shannon and her assistant Taylor were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable during my operation and didn’t rush me out like other dental offices I’ve been too. Kendra at the front desk was also very kind, helped me with my insurance and made sure I knew everything I needed to before I left. I highly recommend going to the Orillia Smile centre for all of your dental needs!

Best dentist in town 100% You are their priority, and they do their jobs very well! Dr. Billy is a miracle worker, I had so much I needed to get done because I've sort of been scared of dentists from previous experiences at other dentist offices, but they helped me get over it and there hasn't been a single mishap or anxiety problem here. They also managed to catch me up on all of the work I needed extremely fast!! Thank you guys so much <3

The staff at Orillia Smile Centre portray the best kind of professionalism. The Reception Staff and Dental Hygienists are all warm and engaging. Dr. Billy is an exceptional Practitioner. He is friendly, articulate and has both an artistic sense, and technical capability second to none. Dr. Billy provided me with two permanent upper bridges that allowed me to leave today with heartfelt and wonderful smile.
