Dr Billy and the staff at the Orillia Smile Centre are an absolute tremendous bunch! Being a current patient with tedious cosmetic work done, I can only speak highly of Dr Billy Tsang. He works with such a keen eye to detail and precision, he makes sure you never leave disappointed. Everyone is so welcoming, and Dr Billy’s work is absolutely astonishing. I have literally left his office with tears of joy. The work, and dedication he had put into making my smile just the way I wanted it, I couldn’t be happier! Everyone is really friendly and seem happy. They treat you as though they like you without precedent - a bit unsettling at first but you get used to it. I switched to them a couple years ago. They ran through my options for wisdom teeth removal and were patient with my on again off again benefits situation and quotes/scheduling. Post-covid re-opening the previous surgeon I was quoted for wasn’t available and the new, younger Dr. presented a more cautious approach and gave me the option of getting a scan of my impacted tooth to evaluate the risk of nerve damage. Scan was clear, surgery went well, recovery was fast. I’m glad I switched to this location.
