I was ecstatic that the Orillia Smile Centre managed to work through some issues I was having during the recent shutdown … albeit from a distance. Certainly not an ideal situation for service providers to attempt coverage of their pandemic patients, but an experience whereby we all gain experience to better manage future disruptions.

I recently had a new patient exam and cleaning and had a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and thorough in everything they do. I would definitely recommend anyone to attend this office. They are also great with nervous patients by educating them and easing theirs minds with a gentle understanding of the patients needs and wants.
