It's always a pleasure to visit Orillia Smile Centre. The staff is not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but they also genuinely care about the comfort of their patients. I didnt mind the actually dentist and back staff. But the front staff messed up 2 appointments and blame the customer. Tuesday at 12:58 they send out an auto message for an appointment for Wednesday at 5:00. I call in at 12:59 and say yes to the appointment. Show up Wednesday at 4:50 and I was told my appointment was for Thursday at 5:00. This is the 2nd time that my family has taken time off work to arrive at appointments that were not scheduled. Mistakes happen but I cant forgive this one. Hopefully the front staff starts taking accountability instead of putting it off onto paying customers.
